Please note we offer continental breakfast only.

For your convenience our delicious breakfast basket full of locally sourced products is delivered to your bedroom door, for you to eat at your leisure. Contents include freshly cooked croissants, danish pastries, local handmade Granola, local farm yoghurts and preserves.

Children

Please note this is an adults only establishment, sorry we are unable to accommodate children under 16.

Pets

We are dog friendly, having 2 ourselves, and for a small extra charge, can accommodate 2 small or 1 medium size dog in Room 3, which also has a private fenced garden. Please confirm type and number of dogs at time of booking (Maximum 2 small or 1 medium size).

(Both Rooms 1 and 2, sorry no pets allowed.)

For the health and safety of all our guests please ensure you clear up after your pet and do not leave them unattended at any time. Your 4-legged friends will love exploring the private garden which is fully fenced and the half acre paddock. (this area is not escape proof!)

Check in

Check in 3 to 7pm. Although We look forward to welcoming you personally, Contactless check in/check out is available if you prefer via a keysafe.

Payment on arrival.

Late check in can also be arranged via the keysafe. Please let us know your approximate arrival time and if you prefer the contactless option.

Terms and Conditions

Moorview House is exclusively for adults and we do not accommodate infants or anyone under 16 years of age. We are unable to accommodate stag or hen parties.

Please book online using the Secure Online Booking by clicking on the "Book here" button on the Contact Page. Online bookings are handled by the FreeToBook system and you will be taken to the FreeToBook site to facilitate the booking process. All online transactions are encrypted and secure.

We take a non-refundable deposit for the first night of your stay. If your arrival date is within 8 days of your booking, we will take the full payment, which is also non-refundable. If you cancel within 8 days, full payment for your entire stay will be taken. Cancel 8 days or more before your arrival date and no further payment will be taken.

We accept deposits by Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard and American Express or bank transfers. The balance is to be paid at Moorview House.

If we are unable to take payment, we will advise you by email and request updated card details. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of contacting you by email, your booking will be cancelled.

Whilst we appreciate sometimes people need to cancel bookings due to personal, business, health or travelling issues, there are no exceptions to the non-refundable fees or full payments if cancellation is made within 8 days of your arrival.

We recommend taking out holiday insurance to cover any costs you may incur, however unlikely you think your cancellation may be. We advise taking out insurance either before or immediately after you book in order to cover yourself fully.

COVID-19: We reserve the right to amend or suspend some services to ensure our guests stay safe and to comply with Government guidelines.

The maximum occupancy of all rooms is two people.

Please do not smoke or vape on the premises.

Lost keys are charged at £25 to enable us to get new keys cut and bespoke key fobs.

Free parking is available at owners risk.

We reserve the right to refuse admission on the grounds of the health and safety of other guests and staff.
